Trails End has been in our family for decades and we are fulfilling our dream to share our beautiful homestead with others. We are parents to six kids, a son in law and a precious grandchild, who have made so many lifelong memories here and we hope you will too.

Trails End has been in our family for decades and we are fulfilling our dream to share our beautiful homestead with others. We are parents to six kids, a son in law and a precious grandchild, who have made so many lifelong memories here and we hope you will too.
Our working homestead is home to native plants, sustaining gardens and we do our best to respect and conserve our precious resources. A variety of animals make their home here as well including livestock, rescue and sanctuary animals you are welcome to interact with. we have just added an apiary with 2 honeybee hives!
There have been lots of changes to Texas, but Trail's End is much as it was years ago. We offer our guests an opportunity to get off the beaten path and relax while enjoying all the activities and attractions nearby.

Our cozy rooms are equipped with:
- WIFI, internet, smart TVs with Roku, and we are happy to help you with any business needs such as printing.
- An ice machine is located in the breezeway. The comforts of home include a minifridge, microwave, Brita filter pitcher, and coffee maker and all the dishes, cups and glassware you might need.

Trail’s End Animal Rescue is a registered 501c3 animal welfare organization and a welcoming place for all kinds of critters in need. We work with multiple shelters in the surrounding area to provide a foster home for all types of animals waiting for their forever home. There are always dogs to take for a walk, cats to pet and you never know what else might be on the property from chickens, ducks, or goats, to turtles, tortoises, to maybe even a donkey, pony or parrot!
